If you run it and get an error that mentions a missing DLL, you should install the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables.

Microsoft Defender SmartScreen

As AutoPTT is a small app from “just some guy,” SmartScreen will likely warn about it being potentially unsafe. Just click “More Info” and “Run Anyway” from the dialog.

Feel free to scan the installer and/or zip file at VirusTotal. You’ll see it’s safe.
